DiSC

DiSC is an assessment tool that classifies people's behaviour

into four types; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness,

and Compliance.

Based on the work of psychologist William Moulton Marston

DiSC, is a popular, straightforward, and relatively easy way

to assess behavioural styles and preferences.

Understanding preferences can help you deal with the many

different people you interact with.

DiSC can be used to help team building and recruitment,

improve performance, resolve conflict, and so much more.

Here are some of the benefits:

  1. More time and energy for productive activity as teams learn to work in harmony,

  2. The right roles for the right people, and

  3. Improved understanding of customers and stakeholders.

Linking Leadership 360

The LLP|360 identifies performance around fundamental

people, task and leadership skills. Based on 360° feedback,

the Profile provides a gap analysis of the extent to which

the leader should and does demonstrate the key behaviours.

Used to support leadership development, coaching and

performance management, the Profile starts a conversation

around priorities and realignment of expectations.

The LLP|360 provides leaders with:

  1. Critical insights into their work-related behaviour,

  2. A gap analysis of the extent to which they demonstrate these behaviours, and

  3. Real-time strategies to improve leadership skills that can be implemented immediately.

As a leading psychometric diagnostic, the Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360) enables organisations to benchmark, monitor and measure performance improvement over time.

The Enneagram

enneagram.png

The Enneagram is a model of the human psyche.

A typology of nine interconnected personality types.

Used to gain insights into workplace

interpersonal-dynamics, and personally to

understand the impulsive behavioural drivers that

are often self-sabotaging. It can aid in self-awareness,

self-understanding and self-development.

We primarily use the Enneagram in our Coaching programs.

It reveals the core conditioning and deeper beliefs and patterns of behaviour that people filter, project and witness the world through.

The Healthy, Average and Unhealthy behaviours represented in the Enneagram, indicate when a person is operating from a lower - security centred state of consciousness - thus keeping them trapped in old paradigms of thought that inhibit creative expression, growth and freedom.

Systems Constellations

The foundation of the Systems Constellation methodology is that organisations are systemic in nature and a problem in one area may be influencing the collective.

Based upon the phenomenological work of Bert Hellinger, Constellations for organisations and individuals are common in Europe and are beginning to expand in the Southern Hemisphere.

This cutting edge approach enables the client to access new information and insight into the dynamics of a situation, a better sense of how the different aspects of that situation impact each other and the best course of action that will create an ideal outcome.
